I agree with the Democrats and House Minority Leader that the govt needs to be shutdown to address significant concerns in federal operations across both parties to process the best way forward. Specifically, in the wake of multiple shootings by ICE - which have resulted in multiple deaths (warranted or not)... a review of risk de-escalation strategies and use of force needs to occur across that department to focus on the rights to LIFE, Liberty, and happiness and how the individual agent can best employ those strategies while accomplishing the mission. At the very least, I'd like ICE to take this reform: be barred from wearing masks and required to wear body cameras, and use the same use-of-force policies as local police.
