We, the undersigned, declare that every human being possesses an absolute, fundamental right to life. This right is non-negotiable and requires no further debate: all life is allowed to exist without the threat of harm, extinction, or starvation. No group of people holds the authority to forcibly remove another group from their land.
Consequences of Violation:
To ensure these rights are not merely suggestions, we demand the following consequences for any entity, government, or individual that violates them:
1 Immediate Loss of Support: Any government or group engaging in forced removal, intentional starvation, or existential threats must face the immediate and total withdrawal of all financial, military, and diplomatic support.
2 Universal Jurisdiction & Prosecution: Individuals and leaders who authorize or execute the removal of people from their land or the deprivation of life-sustaining resources must be subject to prosecution for crimes against humanity under universal jurisdiction.
3 Mandatory Restitution: Violators must be held legally and financially responsible for the full restoration of lands and the total compensation of all affected communities, ensuring that aggression never results in permanent gain.
4 Permanent International Sanctions: Any entity found to be using starvation or the threat of extinction as a tool of policy must face permanent economic isolation until full reparations are made and safety is guaranteed.
We demand that our representatives codify these protections into law, treating the right to remain on one’s land and the right to basic survival as the highest legal priorities.
