Make it law that HHS, EPA, and other agencies must be headed by experts in the field, and any changes to the White House must be approved by Congress. End the possibility of ill-advised (to say the least) policies being implemented by agencies the welfare of American citizens depend on, and the gross de facement of our historical inheritance.
