I am concerned about Trump firing the archivist. As you know, this hasn't been done in the 100 year history of the position. Given his apparent desire to interfere with the Electoral College vote, wipe out government regulations, change the Constitution, and destroy or illegally retain government records, the fact that he has replaced the archivist with his yes-man Marco Rubio, this feels like a 5-alarm fire. I am asking you to do everything in you power to be loud and fight back on this. He is usurping congressional power by all of these moves without the consent of Congress. As your constituent, I am asking you to fight back. I am also thanking you, truly, for the ways in which you already are fighting.
