Casey Means and MarkWayne Mullins should be two easy no votes. Both are completely unqualified for positions to which they are nominated. The Surgeon Gen eral should, at a minimum be a licensed medical professional. Mullins no law or security experience, does not even hold a bachelor's degree. Vote NO and demand qualified choices.
