Please pass a law to remove Bill Pulte as Acting DNI and undo any actions he took while holding the title. My understanding is he is not qualified, so how can he be firing people? The new law could provide for the removal of any acting head who dies not meet the legal requirements for their job, and to undo any official actions they attempted.
