I’m writing to urge you to support the bipartisan HR 358: No Corruption in Government Act. Government officials run and are elected on platforms to serve the public’s interests, but often serve to build their personal wealth. This runs counter to democracy. Corruption, insider trading, lack of transparency, and using knowledge that the public does not have access to in order to build wealth undermines the principle of equal treatment.
