I’m urging you to take immediate action to secure the full—but responsibly redacted—release of the Epstein-related files.
Facts:
• Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein moved in the same circles for roughly 15 years, with documented interactions at Mar-a-Lago and other events in the 1990s and early 2000s.
• While their public association ended around 2004, new photos, videos, and witness accounts continue to emerge.
• The DOJ’s July 2025 memo refused further disclosure, claiming no client list exists—despite bipartisan calls for transparency.
• A FOIA lawsuit (Democracy Forward v. DOJ) seeks records of Epstein-related communications from the Trump administration.
• Victims have publicly accused the DOJ of shielding powerful individuals and mishandling their rights.
Why It Matters:
• Transparency is essential to restoring public trust and confirming whether those in power acted ethically and within the law.
• Victims deserve justice without political interference.
My Request:
• Release all Epstein-related files, redacting only where victim safety requires it.
• Disclose any communications between Epstein, Trump, Maxwell, and high-ranking officials.
• Ensure victims have a voice in the process.
Congress must act now to ensure no one—regardless of position—is above scrutiny when justice is at stake.
