Petition for Congressional Subpoena and Testimony
We, the undersigned, call upon the appropriate congressional authorities to issue subpoenas compelling testimony from Donald Trump and Stephen Miller regarding recent allegations raised by Thomas Massie.
Representative Massie has publicly called for further scrutiny into claims involving potential financial misconduct. These allegations include reports of funds allegedly transferred by Stephen Miller to offshore accounts, as well as the reported creation of corporate entities that were subsequently dissolved within short timeframes. Such patterns, if substantiated, may warrant further examination to determine whether they were used to obscure financial activity, including possible money laundering.
These claims remain unproven; however, they raise serious concerns that merit transparent review through lawful investigative processes.
In a functioning democracy, accountability and the rule of law must apply equally to all individuals, regardless of position or past office. Congressional oversight plays a critical role in ensuring that any credible allegations of wrongdoing are examined thoroughly, fairly, and in the public interest.
Therefore, we respectfully demand that Congress:
1. Issue subpoenas requiring sworn testimony from Donald Trump and Stephen Miller.
2. Investigate the alleged transfer of funds to offshore accounts and the formation and rapid dissolution of associated companies.
3. Conduct a transparent and bipartisan inquiry into the allegations raised.
4. Release findings to the public in a timely and responsible manner.
This petition is not a presumption of guilt, but a call for due process, transparency, and accountability. The American people deserve clarity and confidence in the integrity of public officials and institutions.
