Codify the Fundamental Right to Exist and Thrive

To: Rep. Bergman, Sen. Slotkin, Sen. Peters

From: A constituent in Beulah, MI

April 6

I am writing to demand that you uphold the absolute, fundamental right of every human being to life and land. All life must be allowed to exist without the threat of harm, extinction, or starvation. No group of people holds the authority to forcibly remove another group from their land or deprive them of the resources necessary for survival. To ensure these rights are protected, we demand that any official, entity, or government that violates these principles face the following consequences: 1 Immediate Loss of Support:Total withdrawal of all financial, military, and diplomatic support for any group engaging in forced removal or intentional starvation. 2 Universal Jurisdiction:Authorization for the prosecution of individuals who execute these removals for crimes against humanity under universal jurisdiction. 3 Mandatory Restitution: Legal and financial liability for the full restoration of lands and total compensation for affected communities. 4 Permanent Sanctions: Economic isolation for any entity using starvation or extinction as a policy tool until full reparations are made. The right to exist and remain on one's land is a highest-tier legal priority. I urge you to codify these protections and consequences into law immediately.
