It’s time to stop this administration’s war on the working class. Americans are already struggling under the weight of high costs, stagnant wages, and unpredictable markets. Instead of offering real economic relief, we’re watching reckless tariff decisions, trade war escalations, and talk of more tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans and corporations—while public services are on the chopping block. This is backwards. According to Pew Research (March 19, 2025), 82% of U.S. adults favor raising taxes on large businesses, and 75% support higher taxes on households making over $400,000. That’s a clear mandate from the public. Why isn’t it being heard? We cannot continue gutting vital programs like Medicaid, food assistance, disease prevention, infrastructure repair, and environmental protections—all while corporations and billionaires dodge their fair share. America became a world leader by investing in its people, not abandoning them. It’s time for Congress and state leaders to stand up for the lower and middle class, stop reckless economic policies, and demand that the wealthiest Americans and corporations contribute to the country that made their wealth possible. Stop protecting the top 1%. Start protecting the people who keep this country running.
