Don’t let Trump’s backtracking on his war crime threats slow your push to remove him. We must all push to remove him. He has done untold damage to the country and to our place in the world. He has always been unfit, but now he is unfit for anything. There is no other job he would still hold, and there is no other job so dangerous. This is on us, the American people. And if we cannot get rid of him our extraordinary Constitution will be proved inadequate to the job of upholding the foundations of the country. We owe it to ourselves and to the world to get him out of office. If our representatives cannot wield the power of Congress against a mad king, then 250 years will be our legacy and our finale.
