The SCOTUS decision on the Alien Enemies Act cases is utterly terrifying.
What are you doing to demand the release of Mahmoud Khalil and all of the other detained students as well as the folks sent to the concentration camp in El Salvador?
As Justice Sotomayor writes, “The implication of the Government’s position is that not only noncitizens but also United States citizens could be taken off the streets, forced onto planes, and confined to foreign prisons with no opportunity for redress if judicial review is denied unlawfully before removal.”
Where are the Articles of Impeachment to stop the destruction of our country and our economy before it’s too late??
