Investigate Epstein-Trump Documents and Hold All Parties Accountable

To: Sen. Markey, Sen. Warren

From: A constituent in Brighton, MA

January 30

I am writing to urge you to investigate the contents of the most recent release of Epstein-Trump related documents, recently uploaded to the Internet Archive on January 30, 2026, and to take immediate action to hold accountable all individuals involved in any wrongdoing it may reveal. You can access these documents at https://archive.org/details/epstein-trump-documents. This document requires serious attention from the Senate. I am calling on you to use your position to amplify this story, demand a thorough investigation, and work toward removing President Trump from office if the evidence warrants such action. Every Senator who has sworn an oath to protect our Constitution has a duty to pursue the truth, regardless of political consequences. The American people deserve transparency about what this document contains and how it relates to potential criminal activity. If there are coconspirators involved in any scheme or cover-up, they must be identified and indicted. The Department of Justice must be directed to pursue all leads with the full resources available to federal investigators. I understand that accountability at the highest levels of government is politically challenging, but it is precisely what our democratic system demands. The rule of law cannot function if those in power are shielded from consequences. Your constituents are watching to see whether you will stand up for justice or remain silent when it matters most. I am asking you to take three specific actions: publicly call for a comprehensive investigation into the most recent release of Epstein-Trump related documents and its implications, support any efforts to hold President Trump and his associates legally accountable, and ensure that the Senate uses its oversight authority to get answers. The integrity of our institutions depends on elected officials who are willing to act when evidence of wrongdoing emerges. This is not a partisan issue. This is about whether we are a nation of laws that apply equally to everyone.
