I was unable to leave a message todsy so please treat thus email as you would a phone call. I stringly urge Senator Durbin to support S. J. Res. 59, the bipartisan war powers resolution, which I understand will be voted on this week. Congress mus stop the Trump administration from launching military strikes on Iran without congressional authorization. Congress must maintain its war powers authority and prevent a military escalation in Iran. Thank you for your time.
