Co-sponsor and pass the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency Act of 2025 [S. 1814/H.R. 3513]. Supreme Court justices are the only judges in the U.S. not bound by a code of ethics, and judicial conflicts of interest and blatant ethics violations have already damaged the court and eroded people’s rights. Instituting a binding code of conduct is crucial to restoring legitimacy to our highest court. Thank you.
