At last!  Thank God, Almighty, for awakening the Supreme Court to its DUTY to provide checks and balances against a deranged chief executive with delusions of grandeur and egomaniacal  narcissistic dementia.  Shamefully, THREE Justices placed their fealty to an out-of-control President above their DUTY to the Constitution, while the Republican controlled Legislative Branch (including 2.5 of the addressees of this message) continue to sit placidly on their hands.  And allowing tRump to continue his reign of terror from the unreasonable destruction of the East Wing of the White House and “discombobulation” of the distribution of Constitutional powers through the three co-equal branches of the American Republic. I KNOW all three of you repeated an oath to the Constitution when you assumed the responsibilities of your current office.  I say “repeated” because each of you attained your current positions following a series of increasingly demanding commissions as a prelude to your current obligations.  How you report for duty in your governmental centers with a straight face knowing that you allow tRump to continue his demolition of America in spite of your oaths is beyond me. Of course I am speaking of SCOTUS’ belated reversal of tRump’s misguided and illegal imposition of world-wide tariffs.  “Illegal” as the Constitution clearly assigns raising revenue to YOUR branch of government and SCOTUS reached that obvious conclusion after only a full year of usurpation of Congressional powers.  Where were you for the past year?  Were you reviewing the Constitution to research the Founding Father’s intentions?  Were you tasking underlings to search for obscure precedences to justify your lack of intervention?  Or were you just subsuming your duty in favor of your fealty to the Presidential “mandate”?  Unfortunately, I fear it is the latter, although Senator Fetterman is fond of categorizing his subservience as a delusional attempt at bipartisanship. It is not too late.  You now have the decision from SCOTUS that supports you finally addressing your duty.  Representative Mackensei it falls first to your chamber to file (and pass) Articles of Impeachment for the High Crime and Misdemeanor in accordance with the Constitution’s Article II, Section 4 for violating the allocation of revenue generation to the Legislative body, as well as the President’s failure to predict the necessity of planning to restore the ill-gotten tariff proceeds to the damaged parties.  Next, Senators Fetterman and McCormick must fulfill their responsibility to conduct a trial and return a guilty finding against the President. Anything short of impeachment and conviction will result in you paying an appropriate career interruption at your next scheduled election challenge.
