Don't abolish DST or make it year-round. Do this instead.

To: Sen. Warnock, Rep. Carter, Sen. Ossoff

From: A constituent in Hinesville, GA

February 15

Every year, daylight savings time gets maligned or, in some proposals, extended year round. And as such, I would like to make proposals that would make more sense and create less stress each year. Rather than abolishing DST and standard time changes, make the following Monday a holiday or day off so everyone can get the time they need to adjust and not suffer health issues that follow. If that isn't a good suggestion, then maybe pushing for clock changes to happen on Saturday morning or Friday night may help. I set my clock the moment I get home on Friday during DST weekend and it helps tremendously with my sleep. Please push for these changes instead of abolishing DST or making it year round.
