Take meaningful actions to protect kids. Oppose KOSA and other bills like it.

I'm writing to ask you to oppose age verification and chat control. Not only are these laws ineffective and censorious by nature, but they have the unfortunate side effect of blocking kids from abuse hotlines and resources that protect them from real harm. Kids and their guardians are reporting that these laws have prevented them from getting help and predators have still been on the prowl because of the bans making the Internet more unsafe to use VPNs School shootings, rising prices, threats to free speech and expression, lack of vaccines and medical care, lower education rates, lack of jobs, data theft and exploitation by traffickers like Epstein are far greater threats to children than the existence of adult media and LGBTQIA people. Please oppose KOSA and protect Section 230.
