I am writing as a constituent to demand accountability for two actions that have deeply damaged public trust: public claims of “exoneration” in the Epstein matter and the conduct of Pam Bondi during congressional testimony.
President Trump’s public claims that partial releases of the Epstein files “exonerate” him are deeply concerning. The released materials themselves contain disturbing allegations involving abuse of minors and serious wrongdoing. If anything this has heightened the public’s concern and the American People need and deserve to see full transparency and accountability for these crimes.
Pam Bondi’s conduct during testimony before Congress was unacceptable. Evasive, non-responsive testimony from senior DOJ leadership obstructs oversight and signals protection of powerful interests over the public interest. Congress should not accept this behavior. She should be held accountable for failing to cooperate fully and in good faith with congressional oversight, including referral for ethics review and appropriate consequences if standards were violated.
I urge you to:
• Release all Epstein-related records with necessary victim-protecting redactions
• Authorize independent investigations and special prosecutors where appropriate
• Hold public hearings and require complete, good-faith testimony from DOJ leadership
• Refer Pam Bondi’s conduct for ethics review and enforce consequences if warranted
No one is exonerated by secrecy. Accountability and transparency are the only way to restore public trust.
