We demand a feminism that centers the most marginalized—not the comfortable. Pass these actions now. Close the Pay Gap (H.R. 7) – Black women earn 64 cents for every white man's dollar; Latinas earn 57 cents. Close loopholes. Pay equally. Guarantee Paid Leave (S. 5017) – Care work is work—and it's done disproportionately by women of color. No one should choose between job and family. Protect Reproductive Autonomy (H.R. 8158) – Guarantee paid leave for all reproductive needs: periods, pregnancy, miscarriage, abortion, menopause. Full stop. Decriminalize Sex Work (S. 5567) – Criminalization kills. Listen to sex workers: decriminalization keeps them safe. End Mass Incarceration (BREATHE Act + H.Res. 660) – Divest from policing and prisons. End the death penalty and mandatory minimums. Women in cages are overwhelmingly poor, disabled, and survivors of abuse. Prisons do not heal. Oppose Section 224 of the NDAA – Pinkwashing uses feminist rhetoric to cover violence. We will not be complicit. Build Accessible Housing (VITAL Act) – Only 6% of U.S. housing is accessible. Disabled and elderly women deserve homes that work. Return Tribal Land – Indigenous women lead decolonial resistance. Land Back is liberation. End Forced Arbitration (FAIR Act) – Women must be able to sue for discrimination in open court, not secret proceedings. "Lean in" is not liberation. We believe no woman should be left behind.
