I attempted to leave a voice mail message but couldn't . Please treat this email as you would a phone call. There are several issues I am concerned over. First, please introduce or support legislation banning AI data center development on federal public lands. Congress must take action now to stop the Trump administration from handing over federal land to private developers for data centers. These lands belong to the people, not Big Tech and corporations. Second. I strongly urge the Senator to  oppose the CLARITY Act, the toothless and inadequate “crypto regulation” bill that would continue to enable Trump to amass massive wealth from crypto corruption. This bill doesn’t protect consumers & doesn’t close money laundering loopholes. 78 House Dems voted to pass it last year -- we can’t let the Senate force it through before recess. I also understand that Republicans want to bring up a cloture vote on the CLARITY Act. I demand that the Senator vote no. Next, as I have called about before,  please oppose Todd Blanche for Attorney General. His loyalty is to the president, not the Constitution or the American public, making him unfit to serve as Attorney General. I also urge Senator Durbin to support the bipartisan bill to permanently block funding for Trump's $1.8 billion slush fund, and to sign a discharge petition if House leadership refuses to bring the bill to a vote. Congress should act now to ensure that taxpayer dollars can never be used for these blatantly corrupt payouts. And finally, I understand that some Republican Senators are opposing the reconciliation bill because it doesn’t have ENOUGH money in it for the military and the Iran war. I simply cannot believe this. While Trump, Hegseth and some Republicans  are relentless in their demand for more money for war, Americans do not want one penny more going to this war. The Senate must use every possible mechanism to deny this funding and end Trump’s illegal war on Iran. Thank you.
