Legislation to Criminalize Coercive Control, Narcissistic Abuse, and Organized Harassment
I am writing to demand the immediate introduction and support of legislation that criminalizes Coercive Control and Organized Harassment (Gang Stalking) at both the state and federal levels.
For too long, the legal system has only recognized physical violence, ignoring the "Invisible Lattice" of psychological warfare that destroys lives. Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is frequently used as a weapon to gaslight, financially isolate, and psychologically dismantle victims. Furthermore, we must acknowledge and prosecute "Gang Stalking"—the coordinated use of strangers, community organizations, or surveillance to intimidate and silence individuals.
+1
This legislation must include:
1 Criminalization of Coercive Control: Recognizing patterns of isolation, gaslighting, and humiliation as high-level felonies.
2 Anti-Organized Harassment Protections: Criminal penalties for groups or organizations (including government contractors) that coordinate to monitor or harass private citizens.
3 Mandatory Training: Requiring "Alphabet Agencies" (DOJ, FBI, CPS) and local police to be trained in identifying covert narcissism and organized stalking tactics, rather than dismissing victims as "odd."
4 Civil Liability: Allowing victims to sue both individual abusers and the organizations that facilitate their harassment for emotional and financial damages.
The right to be left alone and the right to a sane reality are fundamental. We must move beyond a "Peasant" legal system that only cares about bruises and build a future where mental and digital privacy are sacrosanct.
