Shut Down Trump's $1.776 Billion DOJ Slush Fund

You need to act against the Department of Justice's $1.776 billion "Anti-Weaponization Fund" — a slush fund with no judicial oversight, no legal basis, and no accountability. This is not a legal settlement. Trump dropped his $10 billion IRS lawsuit when the judge was about to dismiss it. Judge Kathleen Williams confirmed there is no settlement of record. What exists is simply an agreement between Trump and his own DOJ appointees, signed by Stanley Woodward — a defense attorney for Trump associates including Kash Patel and Peter Navarro. The fund's structure makes the corruption plain. Four of its five overseers are chosen by Trump's AG, Trump can remove any of them without cause, unspent money goes wherever Trump directs, and the DOJ document explicitly states the U.S. has "no liability whatsoever" for fraud or misuse. The amended agreement goes further, permanently barring the IRS from ever auditing or prosecuting Trump, his family, or the Trump Organization. Legal analyst Joyce White Vance called it "a pardon on steroids." Treasury's top lawyer resigned the day it was announced. No president is above the law. That's not a political position — it's the foundation of how this country functions. The 14th Amendment bars compensation for those who engaged in insurrection, and Acting AG Blanche refused to rule out paying January 6 rioters who attacked police officers. This fund needs to be investigated, blocked, and defunded. Do your job and stop it.
