I am completely appalled at the Trump administration plan to dismantle the Ocean Observatories initiative! What purpose does this serve other than making us less prepared for climate change disasters? So many scientists depend upon the data collected by this apparatus, and the public also needs to know how our oceans are changing. Please do everything in your power to stop the trashing of this important system of data collection.
