As an attorney I am shocked and appalled by the blatant power grab of the Supreme Court. Both the immunity decision and the Chevron decision give power to the judiciary that was never intended, and is actively counter to what the Constitution says and the framers intended.
Congress can step in to right these oversteps, and I encourage you to do so ASAP. Judges should not be placing themselves over experts. Judges should not be determining what a crime is. Those are executive branch and legislative branch functions.
Additionally, it is clear that this court is compromised, and their lack of a working ethics requirement is hurting the American people. Congress should impose one on them.
