On April 27, 2026, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, Trent McCotter, and Stanley Woodward submitted a brief in the White House ballroom case containing language that was word-for-word identical to a Truth Social post Trump published months later. Either Trump's social media posts are being ghostwritten from DOJ filings, or Trump's own words are being laundered into official court documents. Neither is acceptable.
