As your constituent, I urge you to continue to hold the line on healthcare subsidies. Please do not cave. Our community is working hard to support each other through the unconscionable withholding of SNAP benefits. But many of the same people affected by the SNAP withholding will be devastated if the ACA subsidies are not restored. Having to choose between food or healthcare is not fair. And while the community can step in to support with food, we cannot do the same with healthcare. I urge you to stand strong - and to fight for universal healthcare when the pendulum swings and Democrats regain power.
