This is a coup. It must be stopped. Making military leadership loyal only to you is the step of a fascist dictator. Firing those who refuse to carry out illegal orders is as well. Trump is trying to destroy our country. He wants the leadership of the military and the country loyal only to him. This is not the will of the people. He has no mandate. Everything he is doing is illegal and immoral. Nothing about this is the American way. Nothing about this makes America safer. If anything, he is making everything much more dangerous. He's destroying the economy with indiscriminate firings and idiotic tariffs. He is cozying up to dictators. He is destroying our cybersecurity and also our physical security. It's time to stand up to him. Use your power in Congress to stop this.
