The "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" contains provisions that conflict with values held by many people of faith, regardless of political affiliation. As a nation founded on ideals of human dignity and religious freedom, we must enact immigration policies that keep families together, protect the vulnerable, and serve the common good. Comprehensive reform is urgently needed to fix our broken system through fair, humane solutions - not more harsh enforcement that will bring suffering. People of good conscience from all backgrounds should reject measures escalating deportations and dividing communities and instead pursue moral reforms protecting human rights.
