Children are starving without access to emergency food supplies in Nigeria, and the Ebola outbreak rages uncontrolled in Uganda due to lack of support for medical staff. These crises jeopardize countless lives, increase pandemic risks that could reach America, and undermine national security. Urgent judicial intervention is imperative to restore USAID's ability to respond to humanitarian emergencies, contain disease outbreaks, and uphold vital interests at home and abroad.
