I am writing to demand that you prioritize the immediate passage of the Fourth Amendment Is Not For Sale Act. The U.S. House has already proven this is a viable, bipartisan solution to protect American citizens. It is unacceptable that federal agencies are allowed to spend taxpayer dollars to buy their way around the warrant requirements of the U.S. Constitution. If an agency wants our location history or digital footprints, they must show probable cause to an independent judge. Close the data broker loophole and uphold the Fourth Amendment.
