I am asking that you stand with other governors and pressure the president to remove Elon Musk from having access to private data. As of today he has accessed all of our private data, FAFSA information, state secrets through his access of USAID, and who knows what else. Theresa is every reason to believe he will use this information for secondary gain. He is not an elected official, has not been confirmed or vetted, and his “department” is not authorized by Congress. I understand that your job is to run the state, but this is a national constitutional crisis and it is time to put aside state business for a minute and attend to this national emergency in any way you have power to attend to it.
