Why Are You Making “Treason” and “Domestic Threat” Meaningless?

Why do we have laws against treason if our legislators and other governmental leaders can just keep moving the goalposts? Why do we have rules we can just discard for fear of looking political or rocking the boat? Why should people who took Federal oaths be so susceptible to political manipulation by the powerful, including prosperous entities who are not actually government officials but who seem VERY VERY effective in getting you all who ARE government officials to move those damn goalposts, and not respond to domestic threats like they are actually domestic threats? Why did I work 33 years and some months for a Department of Defense that was under an Executive Branch that is now in the destructive hands of a convicted felon with an enemies list, teamed with a whole Kakistocracy of a cabinet, and fueled by a horrible, misnamed DOGE and a playbook like Project 2025? Treason is treason. A domestic threat is a domestic threat. And a governmental system too corrupted to admit this and take decisive action may be a governmental system too far gone to fix itself, much less help with society’s needs and improvement (actual progress? Gasp!)
