The shutdown fairness act must not pass! ith effort to do that. Yes, we must work to end this shutdown and ensure all government employees receive the pay they are entitled to for their work, but this is not a good fa We cannot allow one person to unilaterally decide which programs receive funding and which don't during a shutdown.
