With the government murdering civilians in the streets, and with it being glaringly obvious that the Republicans in Congress will take no action, I demand the Democrats recognize the time for comity is long past. It is time for Democrats to apply every available parliamentary trick to bring Congress to a halt until Republicans will return to responsibility.
