Intervene Against Trumped Up Federal Charges in Minnesota 15 Case I am a voting constituent writing to urge your immediate intervention regarding the trumped up federal conspiracy charges brought by the Department of Justice against 15 Minnesotans. These individuals are being aggressively prosecuted for nothing more than standing up for their community. Labeling community protection actions as a conspiracy against the U.S. government is a transparent overreach. This DOJ has demonstrated a dangerous weaponization of the justice system, manipulating serious federal statutes to criminalize routine civil dissent. This DOJ lacks honesty and integrity. These are clearly inflated, politically motivated charges designed to suppress public opposition to draconian immigration tactics. We cannot trust the current DOJ to act as a reliable source of justice or truth. Please exercise your oversight authority, demand accountability, and halt this alarming abuse of federal power.
