I'm writing to ask you to amend or repeal the TAKE IT DOWN Act. There are sections in the law that seek to censor legitimate speech rather than imposing penalties strictly on AI generated CSEM and NCII. The willingness to demolish the First Amendment simply to ban pornography and fictional content that doesn't involve a real person is greatly concerning. This not only infringes on free and legal speech, but makes it easier for bad actors to suppress speech and expression while clogging up the system, making it harder to investigate and effectively prosecute true perpetrators. Please repeal, narrow down or amend the TAKE IT DOWN Act.
