The new USPS ground advantage rules singling out us territories along with Alaska and Hawaii are terrible for everyone and small businesses who make an income selling online. They're saying that regardless of weight it's surface transportation. This leads to longer pay out wait times and increase risk of lost, stolen, or damaged goods
