The correct amount of funding for not just ICE but the •entire Department of Homeland Security• is zero. ZERO. Yes, the entire agency. Under current leadership it is off the rails. It is a menace. It is a clear and present danger to health and life for every person in the country - citizens, residents, immigrants, visitors. “More training” is a pathetic non-answer; that just means more money. These deliberate murderers are trained; they are willing to brutalize, maim, and kill in public and private. Don’t say “better oversight.” Don’t say “more reforms.” Pull the rug. Switch it off. Shut. It. Down. NOW. If you have to shut down every airport in the country because the TSA budget is in there too, then you must shut down every airport in the country. If you have to shut down the federal government again, shut it down. The inaction that you and your colleagues are playing with is sleepwalking the country into civil war. Are you afraid of violent retribution? So are we. Nevertheless, we - the people - are out on the streets. Where are you?!
