Thank you for voting against cloture for the continuing resolution. I am deeply disappointed that nine of your colleagues in the Senate chose to give Trump and Musk free rein to rampage through the government for another six months. Chuck Schumer, in particular, has proven himself unfit to lead, both because of his vote on the CR and because of his subsequent New York Times interview in which he ludicrously spoke about reaching across the aisle to work with the GOP. Please work with your Democratic colleagues in the Senate to remove Schumer from his leadership position and replace him with someone who understands the gravity of the situation we are in, the foolishness of expecting the GOP to step up to defend democracy, and the importance of fighting Trump and Musk with every single tool at our disposal.
