Please help support people directly affected by the shutdown by issuing an official credit letter for federal employees, federal contractors, vendors, and others who depend on the US government for pay to pass along to creditors stating that this isn't that individual's fault or doing. Please also commit to providing back pay once the shutdown is over. The Republicans’ inability to govern should not wreck anyone else's financial credit or push anyone into debt they can't recover from.
