I am incredibly concerned about HR 1, page 539, section called Other Matters, section 70302 that removes judicial oversight. This is incredibly unconstitutional, and threatens the safety and protection of every American citizen. This devalues centuries of precedence and it will also threaten you and your children's futures. It undoes our checks and balances systems and democratic processes that we have literally "gone to war over" to establish in other countries. This will dramatically affect our worldwide standing alongside the harm it will cause every single state and territory of the United States. Please raise the noise and get the word out that this should be removed from the bill and any bills moving forward. Thank you for your time today.
