Specifically: 1️⃣ Form the Blue-State Emergency Coalition – Democrat-led states must unite in a coordinated legal, financial, and governmental response to resist unconstitutional actions. 2️⃣ Declare a State of Emergency – Governors must prepare to invoke emergency powers if necessary to protect residents and state resources from unlawful federal interference. 3️⃣ Refuse Cooperation with Unlawful Federal Directives – State agencies must decline participation in unconstitutional federal actions and prevent state resources from being misused.
