Support Class Certification for Transgender Service Members in Talbott v. Trump

I need you to support class certification in Talbott v. Trump and oppose the Pentagon's ban on transgender service members. These troops have served with distinction, and some have given their lives for our country. They deserve better than being kicked out for simply being who they are. The Pentagon has already begun removing transgender service members under the January 2025 executive order. These troops face disrupted careers, uncertainty about their futures, and barriers to medical care. Judge Ana C. Reyes found the ban likely unconstitutional and "soaked in animus" when she issued a preliminary injunction in March, but the Supreme Court allowed the policy to proceed while litigation continues. Without class certification, even a favorable ruling in this case could protect only the 30 individual plaintiffs, leaving thousands of other qualified transgender troops vulnerable to discharge. The Supreme Court's recent decision in Trump v. CASA makes class certification essential to ensure any relief extends to all affected service members across every branch. Shannon Minter of the National Center for LGBTQ Rights put it plainly: "The injustice of kicking out transgender service members who have done nothing but a stellar job of serving our country is just unbearable." Stand with those who have served and sacrificed for our freedoms.
