Work with your colleague, Senator Van Hollen to rescue Kilmar Abrego Garcia from El Salvador. Forcefully speak out against the administration’s unconstitutional plan to send “homegrown criminals” to a foreign gulag, and demand a complete shutdown of all detainees being sent to foreign prisons. Finally, hold the administration accountable for defying the Supreme Court by supporting impeachment and conviction of Trump and the other Cabinet officials responsible for this unconstitutional act. If the administration can traffic an innocent man like Abrego Garcia to an El Salvadoran concentration camp , it will do the same to others. How many other innocent men have been sent there? This terrifying and evil practice brings shame to our country and must stop now.
