Hinging ICE funding on de-escalation training, and body cams is not the answer. Cameras can and will be disabled, training can and will be ignored. That's happening now. Funding an invading lawless force is NOT the answer. Not a dime until ICE agents are removed from our cities and countryside. ICE is younger than any of my children, it requires dismantling and reform if not permanent extinction.
