Please immediately prohibit General Services Administration from buying more space for ICE facilities and from using existing space that was purchased without the proper procedure of selecting bidders and which was carried out in secret from the public. There is a list of facilities all over the country that have been purchased for ICE. This is not in accordance with legislative rules or laws or precedents and should be stopped at once HALT GSA’s Purchase of/ICE’s Use of Improperly Purchased ICE Facilities
