Do everything in your power to block Trump's latest executive actions targeting birthright citizenship. The 14th Amendment is not ambiguous — anyone born on U.S. soil is a citizen. The Supreme Court already struck down Trump's first attempt at this by a 6-3 vote in June. Signing a new order doesn't change the Constitution. This isn't just a legal question. Real families are being destroyed by this administration's immigration agenda. John Gannon, a 75-year-old lifelong Republican and Texas businessman, watched ICE agents swarm and arrest his fiancée at Houston's airport — a woman who entered the country legally, holds a pending asylum case, and has no criminal record.
