Dear Sens. Peters and Slotkin, I am struggling to understand why you are continuing to vote in favor of confirming Trump’s picks for vital government positions. This is a COUP and it is not the time to try to “build consensus” or “work across the aisle” unless the other side of the aisle is standing up to stop a coup. If, and only if, Republican Senators are willing to work to disable the coup should you cooperate. I voted for you, and I expect you to stand up to preserve our democracy and our constitution. Please vote AGAINST every single one of these nominees, until and unless the Republicans in congress start to oppose the Musk takeover and the wholesale dismantling of our government.
